...but our vacation was perfect. Perfect.
This is huge for our family. It was our first 'real' vacation and we're so glad we did it. We had such a great time in California. And now I can't decide what to tell you about.
I want to write about traveling with a gluten-free/dairy-free kiddo, how awesome Legoland was, how the kids laughed and laughed at the beach, and Princess found out she LOVES to boogie-board. We decided we couldn't have timed our trip better (and decided we need to move to Carlsbad (ha)), and that driving through Nevada after a trip like this makes you feel like the place you live is okay after all.
I'll start with two little tidbits:
- No one puked on the all-day drives there or back (Applaud! Hooray!!!)
- I saw Molly Shannon at Legoland.
