Yesterday afternoon the kids and I got down on the floor and made stamps. I've been wanting to do this as a precursor to block printing or stamp carving for Princess. I was happy to have a project that the boys could do too, though!
We used part of a styrofoam egg carton that we'd washed and saved and cut it into small pieces.
Then we used chopsticks to 'carve' designs.
We got out a brown inkpad to print them.
Fun stuff!
